In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information, Stratton Custom shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The correct price will be communicated to you via e-mail or telephone and you will have the opportunity to proceed with the order at the corrected price or cancel your order.  If you see an error on the site such as a misspelled word, broken link, etc. please let us know.

Back Orders

In the event of a back order situation, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone regarding the out of stock item and the anticipated wait time before the product will be back in stock.  You will then have the option to continue with, or cancel the order for that item.

While filling your order, we may need to contact you by phone or e-mail. It is important that you provide us with good contact information to facilitate this process. We may contact you with product information, relevant news, and information from time to time by e-mail. Your privacy is important to us, your personal information is never sold or shared with any other parties or persons.

Local, State, Federal, Laws on Products

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from Stratton Custom. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Stratton Custom reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance systems. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Sales Taxes

Stratton Custom automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Utah. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that the laws of the State of Utah shall govern any legal action brought against Stratton Custom. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Stratton Custom site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Washington County, Utah.
