Stratton Custom Shipping Policy
Products that are currently in stock will normally be shipped within 2 business days or less from the date your order is processed. Orders for products that are currently out of stock or orders requiring specialized services or labor will normally be shipped within 2 business days or less of the product becoming available or the services/labor being completed.
All orders will be shipped via USPS (unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping) and will include the USPS $50 free insurance. No additional insurance will be added unless requested and purchased prior to shipping.
The default shipping charge shown in the products section of the web site is for orders shipped via priority mail small flat rate box and to a destination within the United States. Shipping/return shipping charges for all other items will be calculated by Stratton Custom to accurately reflect the cost as dictated by the actual weight, size, destination and whether or not insurance is desired on the package.
Stratton Custom will not be held liable for any loss incurred on uninsured packages. In addition, if an insurance claim is required on an insured package, Stratton Custom will not be held liable for any difference between the actual insurance payment and the customers stated value.
Stratton Customs preferred shipping method for both incoming and outgoing packages is Priority US Mail. When circumstances arise wherein priority mail cannot be utilized or isn’t practical UPS ground will used.
